When will practices be held?​

Schedules will be released after try outs are complete and teams are finalized. Practice times are based on coach and gym availability. For the majority of the season, games and tournaments are scheduled and organized by the individual teams coaching staff. There are some dates set by Sackville Basketball as well as Basketball New Brunswick which will be communicated with the coaching staff as soon as possible.

​​What is your refund policy?

A full refund will be issued if the refund request is received prior to the start of the program activity, less a $25 processing fee. To obtain the refund, the request must be submitted in writing (by email) to SBBA prior to the start of the program activity.

After the official start of the playing season, there is a grace period, until Nov 1, during which the player may withdraw and receive a 50% refund, less the $25 processing fee.

No refunds will be given if the written request is received after Nov 1.

The membership fee for Canada Basketball and the Participant Fee for Basketball New Brunswick paid at the time of registration are non-refundable.

All notifications of withdrawal must be made in writing (by email) by the parent(s) or legal guardian to SBBA on or before Nov 1. After that, no refunds will be issued regardless of the player’s participation with their team. Written notifications may be emailed and directed to sackvillebasketball@hotmail.ca. Withdrawals will be confirmed by email by a member of our board.

Refunds will be issued within 10 days of confirmation that payment receipt has been made.

Verbal notification to coaches will not be accepted under any circumstances.
